Sometimes trying to make healthier foods choices can feel more like a chore than an enjoyable experience. However, including more vegetables and fruits, especially those high in Vitamin A, in your diet can be one of the keys to beautiful, glowing skin.
Keeping hydrated by drinking plenty of water (preferably filtered) is also a huge plus. Water can help flush toxins out of the body and keep the skin moisturized from the inside.
Staying away from sugary, greasy, and dairy food are sometimes very hard to resist, but these same foods can lead to inflammation in the body and on the skin that causes breakouts.
