Cinnamon Tea For Acne

Place one 3-inch cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups of water into a pot and bring the tea to a boil. Turn it down to medium-low heat and allow the tea to simmer for 15 minutes. You can add a tea bag and let it steep for a few minutes if you want extra flavor.
Take the tea off of the stove, and remove the cinnamon stick or tea bag. If you used ground cinnamon, stir the tea very well to incorporate the powder into the water.
