Burning Face Mask
Use this mask two to three times a week to reduce uneven skin tones, reduce acne scars, reduce pore size, and to get that healthy-looking glow back into your skin.
- Cleanse face
- Gather 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- Gather 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Gather 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Gather 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, and lemon juice altogether in a mixing bowl into a thick paste
- Apply and let sit for 30 minutes … or 10 if you can’t handle the burn! It should only burn for the first 5 minutes or so and then it’ll wear off
- Rinse the mask off with warm water and moisturize
Notes: If you have sensitive skin you can leave out or dilute the lemon. I personally love this mask the best and highly recommend it. I love tingle I feel when I first put it on. This mask is definitely more for a person trying to lighten up acne scars rather than get rid of fresh pimples or sore bumps. The cinnamon and nutmeg become harden and can feel like an exfoliating scrub which can hurt already sore skin. With consistent application this mask will lighten up marks, blemishes, and scars. It will reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and it will also help your skin glow and look healthy.
