No, I Don't Want No Scrub

...but I will take a scrub brush. And, if you’re like me and get dirt trapped deep down into your skin, then you’re going to want it too.

Scrub brushes are good because, with the help of oscillating bristles or heads, they work to remove makeup, dirt, grime, and bacteria. It also acts as an exfoliate unblocking and keeping pores clear of dead skin cells. Using a scrub brush on your skin will also improve skin texture by increasing blood circulation. This will result in a more rosy glow, with a softer, smoother dermis over time.

After hearing rave reviews about it and then seeing someone with great glowing skin recommend it, I decided to try a scrub brush for myself.

I use my mild foam cleanser and massage that onto my face. Then I take my scrub brush and gently move it all around my face. You can see after the brush will have dirt on it, especially after a long day. My face does feel brightened and smooth. However, the con for me is that it does tend to dry the skin out, so immediately I follow up with my toner, and oil/moisturizer.

I enjoy my scrub brush and believe adding it to my routine has really controlled my breakouts as well as improved the overall appearance of my skin.
